150% recommend, I have a very stubborn, strong willed, fussy Pyrenees and Kim and all her staff were amazing with him, she never gave up on him and sent me update when we were out of town! She even took the time to show me a few things with him when I came to pick him up. We will be back and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Kim to you and your staff for all you do! ❤️
We’ve been taking our 2 dogs to Room to Run for probably 9-10 years now. As soon as we turn the corner on to the road up to the kennel, both dogs start getting excited. They love Deb, Kim and Angie, and I barely get a good bye before they go for their own holiday. I love never feeling guilty for leaving them; they truly are happy there! Everyone takes good care of our dogs too, from special eye meds, glucose chews, needing extra heat, and evening chats together. (Chloe dog and Kim have a special chatting routine in the evenings I hear). I recommend RTR for dogs who are small, medium, big, crazy, goofy, shy, elderly, and anything in between!
