Just got back on the road, thanks to Patrick answering the phone after hours. Logan helped me with a pair of replacement tires and installation. Rural, side of the road, all with a smile on his face.
OK Tire (Castor) is more than okay - it is fantastic! Absolutely amazing customer service and so helpful. We had an issue just past Castor (halfway through our 7 hour drive from North to South) and would have been stranded overnight. Luckily OK tire has an after hours number, which we called, and the mechanic was incredibly helpful. Got us back up and running, so we didn't need to spend the night on the side of the road. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend ????
We were traveling from red deer to Saskatoon and our car broke down while entering castor. They were able to tow us and fix us up in only 1.5 hours! They also called around and found places to buy a new part when we decide to grab it!Everyone was super friendly and it wasn't a crazy cost for the whole shabang .
