“10/10 experience! When I found Skin RNI, I had been doing so much internal work to heal my acne, yet I was still getting breakouts consistently throughout the month. I felt a ping, or an urge, while I was walking downtown Canmore to go into Skin RNI and immediately felt seen, heard, and valued by Carmen at the front desk. She took a look at my skin, and then suggested a cleanser, toner, SPF, moisturizer and retinol that would help me with my skin. While I was hesitant about the investment, I had an inner knowing and a deep trust that this was going to work - so I took the leap.

1.5 months later, I am acne free!!!! Not one pimple surfaced when I ate gluten and dairy, which previously would result in a breakout 24-48 hours later. My skin feels clean, soft, and healthy. I am constantly getting compliments that my make up looks nice when all I am wearing is some mascara and tinted SPF. And to top it off, my skincare routine is now my very favourite part of my day!
