We came to Canmore from Newfoundland and picked up a rental cat from Thrifty at the Calgary Airport. Thrifty gave us a inspection form saying the car was good to go. We drove to Canmore in a thunderstorm, and upon arrival, noticed our two front tires were soo worn that the steel wires were showing through the tires. We were on the phone with Thrifty for ages trying to get a solution until they finally agreed to have us get new tires installed where we were. Not only did OK Tire get us in right away, but Ashley took care of setting things straight with Thrifty and went to bat for us. She made it possible for us to get to continue our vacation.
