    I dropped in at Oak and Pines while visiting the area on holiday from the U.K and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the members were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like part of the community right away. The coaches were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond—taking the time before class to introduce themselves, learn about my training background, and explain the workout. The atmosphere was supportive and energetic, and the programming was both challenging and fun. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great CrossFit experience, whether you’re a local or just dropping

    Oak and Pine Athletics is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Coach Carson, is nothing short of amazing. He genuinely cares about every single person who comes in and takes the time to get to know you, your goals, and how to help you succeed. His energy, encouragement, and knowledge make every class something to look forward to.

    The best gym with the best coaches! And take it from someone who previously hated “going to the gym” I look forward to every class :-)

    Carson and his team have all been great to me for the year that I’ve been coming, and whilst I still spend most of the workout time on the floor recovering, I am definitely stronger and fitter than when I started!

    The whole team have helped me get the movements, scale things to my level and helped me get to where I am today and have had a great time doing it to! You cannot ask for more!
