These guys are the best in the Valley!! Personal & professional perfected!! Ordered a bed from somewhere else (yes, I should’ve known better). A bit of a time crunch on the order but they delayed us 3 times. One call to Castle Mountain & we had a bed delivered within 2 hours. We had the bed delivered from Castle Mountain faster than the refund from their competitors. Thanks for the ongoing amazing service!!

Castle Mountain Home Furnishings recently delivered a cabinet bed to us in Calgary. Not only were the delivery personnel on time during the worst snowfall in recent memory, but they took great care in moving the furniture pieces into the house and re-assembling in the basement. Both the team in the store and the delivery team were helpful, informative and courteous throughout our purchase process. I ordered a sofa from Castle Mountain for our vacation home in Canmore. Rebecca coordinated getting keys, delivery and getting our old sofa to the thrift store. This is why I chose to buy local (even though I live in Edmonton). Amazing service!
