I am the Owner/Operator of Topnotch Fence and Deck. I have been a customer of Mountian View Building Materials for over 10 years. Their customer service is best in the industry from management to sales desk to yard guys. It’s a pleasure going there every time and no issues are left unresolved. Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend and if I could give an even higher rating than 5 stars, I would. Eric was extremely patient, friendly and professional as I had to change the order twice. Also great customer service from Claire with info on a future project I have in mind. Everyone else there is very friendly and makes you feel at home. They also have an adorable little dog that greets customers. Very reasonable prices as well. I'll definitely be going back for my future projects.Thank-you

Second time I have used Mountain View Building for a home project, once again could not have been happier. I called in on short notice and a tight time line (my bad planning). Spoke with Sheila, who was top notch. She gave me a few options that fit my timeline. Given tight timing she tried to get it out for delivery, but couldn't make it work. She did ensure it was ready for pickup and let me know who my point of contact was. Claire and the staff in the yard were great. Would use Mountain View again no doubt about it.
