I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband.Shawn’s knowledge and professionalism was exactly what we were looking for. He was very thorough and efficient and we had the report back to us later that same evening. My husband enjoyed doing the inspection with him as he’s very down to earth and approachable. Which made the experience less stressful.We’re very happy with his service, and we would definitely use him again in the future.Thanks so much Shawn! We appreciate you taking us on last minute as well!

Shawn was extremely thorough the entire inspection. He included everything in his report BUT didn't bog us down with the minor issues. Buying an older home we were worried that he would give us a list of everything wrong and be very negative about the home. That wasn't our experience at all. He was upbeat, friendly, and took time to talk us through everything we needed to know with the home. It was a 3 hour inspection but we had a lot of fun while he did it! We needed the report almost immediately after the inspection to waive conditions and he had it ready the same day. Very professional, amazing guy. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you Shawn!
