When I go into the store. I am always welcomed with a smiling face and a world of knowledge! The employees are very friendly, and the owners are fantastic. They have brought a store to Brooks that everyone can enjoy. The stores always clean in the isles neatly kept. The store is my first choice for when I have to buy supplies for my pets. My congratulations to the owners for running a fantastic business!

This pet store is the BEST! The people are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The selection is massive , especially compared to other Pet Value locations. This is the only pet store we use now.

I really appreciate the staff at Pet Value in brooks, especially Scott and Dana. They both are always so helpful and nice and take the time to explain everything your looking for or wondering about to you, plus you can tell that they both really care about there job. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff there, but I’m very happy when we go in there and either one of these 2 are working.
