Took a drive out too see if Marks had what I was looking for. I couldn't find what I was originally looking for but did leave with some sausages, cabbage rolls and a few new spices to try.
Mark was wonderful and apologized a few times for not having exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and offered a ton of suggestions regarding some of my likes and suggestions to stay away from.
We had an amazing conversation for about 45 minutes and will absolutely make the trip out again.
I like to Support small mom and pop shops and if memory serves me correctly Mark has been at this for like 17 years.
Ordered meat cure online. Great service and very friendly !
I placed an order with Mark’s Market. Times being as they are, it was delayed. Through no fault of Mark’s. He kept in touch with me throughout and kept his promise. I was happy.
