We had to put our senior cat down. The staff was incredibly kind to us. During the procedure, they made sure we knew what was going to happen and when. They were patient as we said goodbye to her. Experiences like these aren’t fun, but having people that offer friendly conversation in the meantime makes it less painful. The vet even got me a bag for some of her fur when he noticed I was holding onto the pieces. Thank you very much for making our last moment with her a calm and gentle one.
My dog had an allergic reaction to something and was having a hard time breathing so I rushed her in and Dr. Sandy & Dr. Fred took such good care of her. I thought I would lose her but they gave her some medicine there and some for home! She is doing great now.
