We have always received great support from Bow Island Western Financial. We have our home and auto insurance with them and they have always made sure to take care of us. We have had to make claims for hail damage to our home (two years in a row!) and a car incident involving a deer and our insurance coverage did exactly what it is supposed to do without adding additional stress to the situation. Currently, my go-to person at Western is Marrisa and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. We needed insurance for our daughter to take her vehicle into the States for several months and Marissa made it happen for us with minimal increase to our premium. Great place to go for road test, very fair examiner. Front desk is also very prompt and helpful.
