We have always received great support from Bow Island Western Financial. We have our home and auto insurance with them and they have always made sure to take care of us. We have had to make claims for hail damage to our home (two years in a row!) and a car incident involving a deer and our insurance coverage did exactly what it is supposed to do without adding additional stress to the situation. Currently, my go-to person at Western is Marrisa and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Raylene is awesome. She is very understanding and very knowledgeable about her job. Also friendly and wonderful to talk to. I took my drivers and learners there and it was the best experience with Raylene!

I moved to Bow Island 3 years ago, Raylene was one of the first of many people I dealt with, she was amazing!!! Always a quick smile and was able to answer my questions, if I have a problem with anything related to registries, she's always my first phone call and never let's me down. Just an all around pleasure to deal with.
