Very helpful and patient staff, the lady on the phone took the time to run around the shop and look up some supplies for some insulation I needed. Hard to find good customer service in this area but this place has it!

Woke up with no hot water one morning and had an awesome guy come out within hours, ended up my water tank was toast and their service and detailed explanation of the work they were doing was top-notch. Would 200% recommend trademark and their excellent team!

These guys went above and beyond! When others (mostly cold lake plumbers) were not willing to help they stepped up and guided me through the repair. Unbelievable service, super helpful, and very professional. I recommend even people from Cold Lake calling trademark don't waist your time with anyone else.
