Had problems with contamination of fuel (twice). Goose staff contacted me and gave me samples of the contaminated fuel and took pictures for me, before any work was done. Explanation of the problems and what had to be done to fix the problem and an estimated cost was also given before work began. The staff is friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They accommodated my tire repair and I got the scheduled Provincial inspection - done. End price was high, but the vehicle is older so would likely have been same price anywhere else. They were thorough and explained the quote and invoice, which matched up!
