* BUYER BEWARE * Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the accuracy of a listing and the two agents representing it - SONYA COCCIOLONI and JENNIFER COCCIOLONI. We spoke to one of the agents before driving over two hours to view it. Upon arrival, the agents handed us face masks to wear because the house is so severely infested with mold. Despite the listing claiming the property only needed ‘renovations,’ the reality is that the house is completely uninhabitable and actually needs to be demolished. Misrepresenting a hazardous, teardown property as a mere 'fixer-upper' is a massive waste of people's time and is highly unprofessional.
