Impact Automotive Services offers incredible, quick, and friendly service. Customers appreciate the helpful, trustworthy, and kind mechanics who genuinely care about them. They take the time to explain things and communicate honestly. In emergencies, they provide prompt assistance, often fitting customers in on short notice and working efficiently to get vehicles back on the road, while also being fair with pricing. Impact is highly recommended over larger chain shops in Blairmore.
I was passing through Blairmore and stopped at the shell to check my car over because of a suspicious noise that was getting worse and realized one of my front tires had 4 loose lug nuts. They sent me assistance and tightened my tire within 10 minutes. I’m so grateful. Good people.
Helped us out greatly with emergency battery issues. They were fully booked and we rocked up last minute, however they fit us in, provided amazing service and got us back on the road. Great service and highly recommend.
It's April, 2025 as I write this - better late than never. In October of 2023, we broke down in Coleman, with a water pump failure in our 1999 VW. A waitress in a Coleman restaurant recommended Impact, and we managed to 'abandon' our car there and made it home to Lethbridge. Impact was extremely backed up at that time, but managed to diagnose and do a major repair which included a new timing belt on a vehicle that they don't often see. Their work was excellent - the repair still stands to this day. Their pricing was exactly as quoted, and commensurate with the expected costs of this kind of repair.
