The guys were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They filled my tires, didn’t push a bunch of stuff on me and I was in and out. Bonus is they also are cheaper than the other oil change place in Beaumont. Will go there from now on
First time visiting Lube City in Beaumont, and I decided to give them a try based on all the great reviews. They absolutely lived up to them!
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. There was no pressure or upselling whatsoever. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made a few recommendations for future maintenance, but left the decision entirely up to me.
I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and the whole experience was easy and professional. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, efficient, and reasonably priced oil change.

I love this place. They check everything fully. I bring all 3 of my work vehicles and my one personal vehicle here. They don’t push anything just make sure you’re aware of issues and fix them if needed.
