What can I say about Bill at this shop but that he was our angel in coveralls! We were driving from
Medicine Hat to Calgary for a medical appointment and we had waited over a year to get this appointment. While driving on the highway just before Bassano my Odometer zeroed out and a dash full of lights started flashing. I was traveling with my 3 year old in the back, so pulled into the gas station and I went to turn off the car and restart it, the car wouldn’t move forward. We had a belt snap just past Bassano on Highway 1, limped our way back to the gas station and called around for a part. Not realizing K&S was actually closed on the weekends, i called and Bill answered the phone although he was just in on his day off doing some cleanup. He met us at the gas station, diagnosed the problem, got someone to bring the part in from Brooks, and replaced it for us, all within the span of two hours and for a very reasonable fee. Such great service and above and beyond kindness as well. We'd make the trip from Medicine Hat just to use K&S again in the future! Thank you, Bill.
Broke down while moving across the country and the nice folks as ks auto were able to get my problem diagnosed and fixed on the same day! Even though they had to order the part from Calgary they were still able to find time to get everything installed and ready to go faster than I had ever experienced. If it wasn't for them I would've been stuck in Bassano sleeping in my car. Another thing to mention is that the price was really good especially considering they took me in without an appointment or really any notice.
