We hired Barrett with Solitaire Home Inspections Ltd for our pre purchase home inspection. I really liked how I was able to request the appointment booking online and he quickly reached out via text to confirm the appointment. He was able to accommodate my quick request and fit me into his schedule without a problem. He was very prepared and organized for the inspection which made the process efficient and seamless. He was thorough and detailed in his inspection process. Barret did a fantastic job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and kindly and patiently answered all of our questions as we viewed the property together. His report was exhaustive and well organized, making it easy to interpret, and provided us a clear understanding of the status of the property.
