Had my first appt today. Highly recommend. I met with Rose today and nothing but professional and 100 percent educational. I can’t thank her enough as well as the girl at front desk that took her time to write everything out for me. With out a question I will be going back for follow up treatments. Thanks for getting me in on short notice as well as explaining everything to me.
I have had such a wonderful experience with Dermapure and would highly recommend them. Their communication has been amazing. Even when appointments needed to be cancelled or rescheduled (both from their end and mine), they have always been understanding, helpful, and quick to communicate. When one of their machines was being fixed I was offered a different service for the inconvenience.
The laser treatments I have been getting have been done with so much care and attention. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of during my appointments even when it’s an uncomfortable procedure.
