My dog tore his paw pad and I called looking for a cone, and any supplies that might help with the healing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My dog is also not very trusting of strangers and needed to come inside to try on the cone, and the worker at the counter was so good with him and asked if he could have treats, which I so appreciated, as we’re working on socializing and this was a great interaction for him as well!
This store is well stocked, and the entire staff are so knowledgeable - it was the best experience for us. We had shopped elsewhere ( new puppy and trying out options). We recently came in two different occasions and each staff member cared- and sorted us with the correct product. The harness is working like a dream and I believe it was Jack who helped us with a complicated food issue that he walked us through and gave us great advice. So many stores just don't care- this is the complete opposite. Your store will continue to have all of our business for the duration of this puppies life.
