MacInnised has been the company for a complex for over 8 years do landscaping and snow removal. They always do a great job and keep the budgetary cost good. Their service is very good, attentive to requests and working within the quoted agreement. The company fixed infested bushes and summer maintenance and kept issues. Boards appreciate the quality, price and exemplary performance that has been for 6 to 8 years. They would definitely recommend this company.
We contract this company for our complex and we have used them for about 6 years and they always do a great job. Our bushes were infested for years with our previous landscaping company and when MacInnised took over, they fixed them right up and we haven’t had issues since! They always do a great job with our snow removal and our summer maintenance. Would definitely recommend this company!
I’ve been in the same condo complex and on several boards over 35+ years. One continual problem is landscape/snow removal being a major budgetary cost. We seemed to change companies every 3-5 years for poor performance and/or escalating yearly cost. Finally MacInnesed hit the 5 year mark with only one glitch in the 5 which is exemplary.
