We are developing my daughter's basement an reached the point where we could not install the shower drain in the new bathroom. Gavin, who was recommended by a friend, reviewed the situation and proposed a course of action that included jack hammering the floor and tapping into the roughed-in drain. He arrived on our scheduled date and completed the work based on our planned layout. He was patient, persistent, personable, and totally professional. On completion, he invoiced my daughter 10-15% below his quoted price. We cannot recommend Gavin and Happy Pipes strongly enough. Thanks Gavin.

I have been using Gavin's services for a couple of years and most recently for a Hot Water Heater installation. He is someone who comes across as professional, knowledgeable and always sees the job to completion with very reasonable pricing. He helped us through a lot of issues we were having with our hot water tank and took a systematic approach instead of making assumptions.
