I dropped in for 2 morning classes while visiting from out of province. Coaches are knowledgeable, gym is organized and clean, and the other members were by far the most welcoming group of people ever. They made it feel like I belonged there, like it was my home box.

Very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I received a tour, guidance and was even invited to join a class and try it out. The other customers are also welcoming and encouraging.

Great atmosphere and the people are so friendly. Not sure if I'd call the workouts "fun," (hahaha!) but they are challenging and different everyday, which I love. The people make it fun though, and there is a sense of accomplishment at the end that can't be beat!
