From the 1st phone call to the in-home consult and the final install, the process was comfortable & efficient. They were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with in determining our needs and best options for our home. The blinds arrived earlier than anticipated and installed quickly by a great team. The blinds are also of good quality, and from a cost perspective I didn’t feel they were that much more expensive than ordering through a home reno store. Their professional advice and expertise on install was very much worth it for us. We would easily recommend and use their services again.
We are replacing our blinds a little at a time and Emily was amazing to work with in the whole assessment of our needs process! Also, our installer was particularly kind as I mistakenly told my daughter the dining room blinds were being done along with the bedroom lol! He took away all the blinds she had taken down and when I phoned to confess my mistake they had him bring the dining room blinds back. He was also kind enough to help put them back up! Above and beyond sir!! The new blinds in the bedroom are perfect! Can’t wait for the rest!
