I’ve been working for Best of Health Inc. for 6 years. I started in Senior Care Mobile Massage and over the years have focused on working in the Airdrie practice as a Registered Massage Therapist and now also using the Bowen Technique. I have seen many great outcomes from Bowen Therapy, not only for myself but also for our patients. I’m grateful to Theresa for introducing me to the Bowen Technique and look forward to continuing to serve the Airdrie community.

I had tried numerous types of therapy, very mixed results . I had neck pain, shoulder pain, arm was becoming numb. After a couple of treatments I was feeling much better. Couple more and all pain was gone Extremely pleased about how simple but effective The process was with Theresa compared to other therapies

Theresa is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for Bowen therapy almost a year ago to help with body numbness due to Multiple Sclerosis. She helped me get through the first year of living with MS, and I’ll be forever grateful for her patience, kindness, and determination to help me find relief. Bowen therapy has been an integral part to my treatment plan and has made such a difference for me.
