I own a 2015 Nissan Rouge, and have been very satisfied with it. I always went to Royal Oak Nissan (Calgary) for service on my car. Always had the feeling that I was paying liberal amounts of money for service, but just put up with it (after all they must know best what's good for my vehicle). Then came my last service! The mechanic stripped one wheel bolt, and sheared off a second one (both on the same wheel), and said the one was seized and one was cross threaded -- right! I had just changed to my winter whells about a month earlier. $149.95 later, that screwup was remedied. Then I was told that my transfer case was leaking badly, and needed to be replaced -- are you ready for this? $1665.52!! I think NOT! Now, fast forward about a week later. I called All Fitts Auto, and they changed the leaking seals on the transfer case for (drum roll) $318.11!!! Problem solved. That savings of $1347.41 was really sweet! I was very happy and satisfied with the service and work that was afforded me by Kyle. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process of estimating, repairing, and scheduling. Thanks a "sleighful" Kyle. You are a real professional and not a money shark. Thanks to all the staff at All Fitts! you guys rock!
