my parents have been going to Airdrie Automotive for over 20 years and with the recent sale, I was a little uneasy if they were going to receive the same amazing service they have always gotten. I had a great experience getting my Honda CR-V fixed at this shop. I called three different places to compare prices, and this one was by far the most reasonable. The customer service from Adam was exceptional from start to finish. The shuttle service Owen gave was top of the line and super fun, which made things even easier. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon — very fast turnaround. Highly recommend this place!
As a new resident of Airdrie Alberta I was very skeptical about finding a new mechanic. Trusting a new mechanic is a whole other story. I met Randy and the other staff members and immediately I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. I dropped my 2019 Dodge Ram off for an oil change and check up. I just got the truck last week from a dealership in Edmonton and little did I know there was no warranty. Anyway the front end needed a bunch of repairs including an axle.
