The entire team there (I worked mostly with Dani and Kat who are both amazing) is patient, understanding, and supportive. They also take the time to explain the why behind the exercises and how specific movements affect the body. “Had such pain in my neck that it kept me up at night - Every little movement hurt. Requested an appointment on their website and got a callback the next morning. Cathy, a former RN, was super intricate with the intake process and provided me with a lot of info on how to sit, sleep, and stand better. Bob took x-rays and showed me where my “problem areas” were. Puts a lot into perspective once you see it in black and white. From there, he adjusted me and provided me with some exercises to strengthen my weak areas. It’s been great. I feel so much better!“

I wanted to start exercising regularly, so I came in and talked to Brad, the owner, and he was so informative and kind and didn’t give the “gym bro” vibe that I dread at all.I started working out in the small group trainings that they offer and was astonished by how much I loved it!You do 50 minute session where you spend 9 minute on each station and this makes time fly by so fast and makes you stronger without you even noticing! “Really great personal gym. I have been going here for about 2 years and as someone who has a hard time being self motivated to go to a regular gym, working with Danny has really helped me become more healthy and stronger. The workouts change each month but still get a full body workout each session. As the month goes on, each week is more challenging than the last and by the end of the month, we are getting a good and tough workout. Group size is small, with 3 being the most I've worked out with, and we each are going at our own customized plan with Danny. He is also helpful about sending home workouts or stretching to do on off days if you ask. Overall great spot and will continue to work out here.“

“I really like this lifetime. Very nice and clean environment. Facilities are high quality and classes are led by awesome instructors. The con is it closes WAY TOO EARLY on the weekends. Wanna go lift some weights after kids go to bed and they close at 10pm. Ridiculous. Please listen to your customers. At least open till 11.“
