I joined one month ago and already feel a benefit from twice a week classes! I feel my muscles getting stronger and my posture is better. I love the coaching and enthusiastic support I receive as I transform from a couch potato.

Hello! I'm part of the TEC Wellesley team. Initially, I saw this as a temporary gig while finishing my degree, but now, staying here is non-negotiable! Jeff & Natasha are the BEST bosses… (ever, yes EVER) I have bonded with them, as well as the trainers and some members here on such a deep level. I have made life long friends and mentors through this job. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to leave.. (well…) LOL. I love my team and consider them to be some of my closest friends. 10/10. (Oh, and the 20 minute workouts and high-tech AI exerbotics machines are cool I guess..)Anyways, Natasha when you read this you are more than a boss to me, you’re my BFF!!!!...read full review

My experience at The Exercise Coach has been very rewarding. I have noticed an amazing increase in my energy level.Nick and Brandon excel as coaches - they are very supportive, encouraging and friendly.
