    I've been training with Lee at Lean Force for a little over a year, and I couldn't recommend more! Lean Force's periodization program keeps me disciplined, but Lee has adapted to my personal goals and fitness experience, as well as past injuries. I've seen firsthand how Federico, Lee, and all the training staff bring this same client-centric approach to their work. Highly highly recommend!

    I have been training at Lean Force since January 2023. I like the training philosophy: to first build the supporting muscles body-wide, then moving on develop specific muscle groups, and then, only after much time and careful preparation, working on power and the traditional muscle definition/tone. This method, combined with the expert coaching of Federico, allows one to achieve a balanced fitness and strength that assists in all aspects of everyday life.     I've been training at Lean Force for about a year and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get stronger, healthier, and feel better overall. Federico and Lee are both very knowledgable and push you enough while being mindful of your abilities. Although the workouts can be extremely challenging, I enjoy my time training and reaching/setting goals I never thought were possible. Another plus is everyone is so nice and supportive!
