“I used to belong to LA Fitness in Evanston until it closed. I'm pretty happy it did close because I like Blink a lot more. It is further away but a good walk/run distance for me to warm up.The equipment is in good/like new condition. Nothing seemed to be missing.I went on Sunday afternoon which was nicely quiet. I could walk right up to the squat rack and bench press. I wish that were true at my home gym (at any time or day.)The staff was really nice and helpful.Overall, one of the best gym experiences I've had in a long time.“
“Rob and Ovi are great at what they do!Rob trained me with very carefully thought out plans. They create a fun atmosphere and the music is motivating. The equipment is very clean and their variety is quite different from the ones with any other gym.Rob understands the requirements and goals and designs the workout plans accordingly.Good parking space available.“

It has everything you need, from cardio, to weights and group classes. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. “Lauren was absolutely incredible! I had an injury resulting from a dislocated shoulder and was in constant pain with a major loss of strength and mobility. Lauren is very knowledgeable and was able to correct these problems with a variety of approaches and has some really helpful tools for between sessions to keep things moving. Thankfully, due to some great PT, I'm back at the gym and pain free!“
