“Bonjour! This gym is legit! My husband and I train here weekly and Davis has been supportive and kick a** through the whole experience. We're young (30s) and what I'd consider "decent" shape/aware of the fitness world haha but he still finds ways to keep things exciting and challenging. He pushes us outside our comfort zone every time in a supportive and fun way. Great equipment, clean space, and awesome attitude. Highly recommend - SUPPORT LOCAL!“
“I was very impressed today with Josue Lagunas. He was subbing at the gym in Poway. He greeted me when I arrived with a smile and a brief conversation about my workout. He offered suggestions which I took. I took this opportunity to ask him for help. (I've asked this from many staff members before with no luck.). Most of the stationary bikes no longer have pedal straps. As I've recently had knee surgery I need the strap. Josue took the time and found straps to put on one of the bikes. (It's a GYM! All bikes and equipment should be fully functional.) I've been disappointed for months. Thank you Josue for shining today and making my workout today a great one. LK“
