“Jason is a great! His programs are challenging but they have the perfect blend of weights, mobility & conditioning/cardio. His classes keep you on your toes and works out a lot muscle groups that you might not have considered before. Which in return helps improve your performance in other aspects. It's a great all in one gym with attention and guidance on an individual level. Definitely would be a great gym to check out if you are looking to join one with group classes that aren't too overwhelming with large crowds. It's a great place with great people who keep you motivated and accountable.“

“I've worked out and run for the past 20 years. I've been a member of a number of different gyms and fitness programs and this is by far the best I've ever participated in. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. The workouts vary every day and so I never get bored by doing the same routine. Although all of the coaches are great, I really appreciate all of the help from Robert in terms of accomplishing my goals. Highly recommend Fit Societie!“
