I remember the first time she trained me online about 4 yrs ago, after a month of training she told me..let’s compete in NPC (bikini category) I was so hesitant because I haven’t been on the stage for that kind of competition. After 3 months of training and meal prep, I won both first place in 2 bikini categories and the overall champion!!!Vanessa is a hardworking and very dedicated to what she does. She supported me all throughout and still there giving me all the tips I needed in bodybuilding, health and fitness all together. She motivates me.
