“Update #2 -5 years in and still a happy camper.I have worked with 3 trainers over my 5 years and each has been excellent. I am now 75, and probably the oldest student. Today I had some strength training done at a doctor's and he commented on my awesome hamstring flexibity and overall strength. Asked if I was a dancer and said, "Well you should be." when I said no." When I got here 5 years ago, I couldn't stand on one foot for more than 5 seconds, and the idea of a plank had never entered my mind! Needless to say, I am a convert to weight training.
