“I've been training with EB for over a year now, and began my journey with the sole purpose of being stronger (and relatively pain free) and can share, I've been able to accomplish that, learned how to Olympic lift, made some fun friends, and gotten both my daughter (10yo) and my father (70yo) into it too.As both a woman and a retired/past athlete - the gym has always been a weird place for me - think non-inviting, intimidating and bro-y, while also being a place that brings no joy.EB couldn't be more opposite; the coaches are amazing, they take the time to listen to YOU, all while and offering options that are best suited to you, your mobility needs and your goals. “I had a great experience with Precision Athletics. I did the six week shred back in March and lost 10 lbs doing weight training three times a week, plus doing cardio on my own and being mindful of my diet.Tom was an amazing trainer, very patient and knowledgeable with calm energy. I was lucky enough to work out with him 1-1 throughout the whole six weeks. He corrected my form, came up with alternatives when something wasn't working, and just generally made me feel really comfortable and taught me a lot as someone who had no experience in the gym. I left the program feeling confident and have continued to put into practice what I learned from him.The gym (Beatty Street) is very well equipped. The only downside I found was you cannot use the gym unless you're working out with the trainer. However, as a result, the gym itself is super quiet and clean during your sessions. You will need to bring your own towels, as well.Everyone I dealt with at Precision was very helpful and kind, including Craig who got me set up. If you're looking to get results and are willing to put in the work, I highly recommend working with them. Thanks again for everything!“
