My partner & I started working Irina at the start of the year.Since that time, she has done a great job identifying what we each need to work on, and providing us with sets of exercises that help keep us motivated and moving in the right direction—all the while making our weekly sessions fun and engaging.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a change in their fitness routine.
As an aging senior I wanted to build some core strength and muscle. I have been seeing Irina twice a week for a total of 24 sessions. I have enjoyed each session as Irina takes her time to explain what we are doing, why we are doing the exercise and how to use the machines properly. I have definitely noticed a difference in my posture and my ability to do every day activities as simple as getting up off the couch without any assistance. I highly recommend Irina as a personal coach.
