So my CPAP mask broke in the middle of the night. I called Professional oxygen supply and was able to go in and get one on very short notice. The customer service was awesome. The manager, Warren, was knowledgeable about his product. He said that he has tried most of his products in order to relate to his customers and he doesn’t even have apnea or any other reason to use a CPAP. I don’t know of any other salesman that would go to that length in order to relate to their customers. I am very happy with Professional Oxygen Supply and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
