The have very modern equiptment and a staff that knows how to operate them. Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Treatment flows smoothly. Dr. Moore is excellent at examining eyes and making very clear and helpful suggestions.
Dr. Moore was very professional and reassuring on the follow up from cataract surgery. Dr. Cibik is a very good surgeon. The staff at West Mifflin is very good and professional also very reassuring.
Everyone at AIO is so compassionate and I always know that they care about me as an individual! Speaking of compassion, one of the other patients waiting to get an injection had a seizure in the exam room. One of the techs is a former police officer who jumped into action to give her the first aid she needed until the rescue squad arrived, which was very quick!This last visit I was in and out in ĵust under two hours. Now HAT'S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! KEEP IT UP!!
