Love that I could schedule an urgent care visit with ease. Professional friendly and courteous staff. I was in and out in under 30 min. The NP was caring and attentive. Great experience while I'm not feeling well. I highly recommend the WVU Springmills urgent care.

Came in 20 minutes before closing with an amniotic hard plastic lens in the eye that had fallen apart and became incorrectly placed. This resulted in intense eye pain and discomfort. I was greeted with a very kind and down to earth doctor by the name of Ron. This isn't a common lens that many know about as it's related to more extreme eye conditions. Nevertheless he was determined to make an effort to remove this lens without causing additional complications. My first experience with them wasn't a positive one. I had a follow up appointment today and it was a.totally different experience. The only complaint was the wait time. I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes there the first time, and this time was a.little over 1 hour, but I had to have x-rays taken so that added to the time. Second time was a much better experience
