Nowa Diamond Shine does excellent work. They are reliable and thorough. Communication with the owner is excellent and responsive. Love coming home to a cleaned house by Nowa Diamond Shine!
If I could give more than 5 stars for Nowa Diamond Shine I would! They provided cleaning services to my Airbnb for over a year and every single guest review gave 5 stars for cleanliness. Nowa's staff even alerted me after a guest broke my microwave and even went as far as driving to Walmart to buy me an entirely new microwave before the next guest arrived. What customer service!!! I can't say enough positive things about Nowa. The owner is also extremely responsive to texts and calls. Would highly recommend!
We were referred to Nowa Diamond Shine after our office cleaners closed their business without letting us know, and Nowa has been fantastic! The immediately responded to my inquiry, began the same week, do a far better job of cleaning, their rates are wonderful, and delight the staff by leaving our paper towels and toilet paper with flowers designs. A sweet personal touch.
