Kristen is amazing she not only takes care of stress in your body but it is also spiritual & mind detox! She pays close attention to your needs and takes your feedback to give you the best experience. She focus on you, your needs and you leave feeling great and cared for by her. I’ll be back!
Yoga is always a day I look forward to but today was an Amazing restful day - just had a one hour massage and it made me feel revitalized after weekend warrior yard work and home projects
Amazing Experience! Kristen is a wonderful yoga teacher and an excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend inviting Kristin to your girls weekend for morning yoga and massages after. There were 7 of us for yoga and 4 of us got massages. Kristen came to our rental house at 9AM and finished the last massage around 3:15. Hands down, the best massage I've ever had!
