I needed a new shade that broke. It was a motorized shade. Christopher was able to use the same shade and make it manual. He then fixed another shade that was torn on the bottom and was able to cut off the torn part and make it look like new. We are so tickled pink and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ace.

Took my patio door blind in for repair which I bought from Ace Draperies. I came in to the store and told them what was wrong and Jamie new immediately what the cause was. 15 minutes went by and it was repaired. She told me that the blind I purchased was still under warranty. What great customer service for their customers. This family store is the next generation and still has the customer service of old. Please let them quote your blinds and draperies. As a small business, we need people like them. Customer service is non- existent in today's world

Would do business again. Out of allot of contractors I had working at my place, they were the only ones who showed up on time and were very honest with time frames. The window treatments look great and couldn’t recommend them more.
