Can't even get them to answer the phone. When they do their rude. Last hair cut was worse then a beginning stylist and supposedly been there for 3 years and cutting longer. No way I'm going there again

Got a haircut hear before my basketball season. It was a stylist who cut my hair. They did horrible! Too embarrassed to even show what they did they completely ruined my hair and the front of my hair she also couldn't follow simple instructions on how to cut it. I'm never going to another "Cost Cutters" and I suggest you don't either for your own good.Service: Haircut

I’ve been here 3 times over the last three months between 4:00 and 6:00. They only have one “stylist” working at these times. Even if you have an appointment, you’re waiting for them to finish up, and then when you’re getting the haircut, every time the phone rings, the “stylist” has to stop and answer the phone. It’s rediculous. I’m not coming back after this latest experience.
