Kathy took care of my first Shi Tzu very professionally even though he was temperamental to put it mildly. She could have said no because he was a handful when it came to grooming. I has been to other groomers who told me that it took two people to groom him. We even tried grooming him ourselves for a while. But then we found Top Dog Spa and Kathy. Now we have our second Shi Tzu after the first one died of old age. Kathy is still our groomer of choice. She is still that same professional groomer we have been coming to for years and will continue as long as we have pets or as long as she is still in business. 5 stars out of 5.
