This was my second time having my Lynx points matted hair fixed at a groomer. The first groomer I went to was an actual business. For the same price I paid Karen (I’m 99% sure this is where I took him) the grooming business gave him a full bath and blow dry. They wiped all the nastys out of his butt and somehow brushed through his matted hair. They blow dried him because it was cold and we were walking home with the cat stroller. I should have asked what the services lncluded before I choose to take him to this second groomer. She somehow brushed the Matt’s out of his hair ?♀️ but she did not cut his nails or give him a bath or clean by his butt area...read full review
