This is going to be a long review so if you are serious about them please read!!!!I am very very happy with the company, I am from the state of Maine, and the only down fall of being so far away is they require you to look at the property before signing a lease. No problem for me cause I thankfully had friends that lived there and they allowed him to view the property for me. I first lived on 8th street south in a building with at least a dozen studio apartments. Definitely not worth your time, money and effort. They use very unethical tactics, to say the least. If you're reading this understand I don't leave many reviews. Understand your housing and possibly financial security is at stake when dealing with this business. Good luck.

Slimy operation they have going on with LUX Real Estate. Their communication between offices only works when it’s convenient including promising an electronic lease is coming but then selling the house the next day. Susan claimed I “blew her up” and “went off on her” because I called her ONCE asking if there were more properties or a working website link and then told her their sly deal was “sheisty”. Very much there to take your money and not give a care in the world about you as a person. They have a reputation of taking every dime and then some. Skip the hassles and headaches.
