Initially, I was happy with my nails and the staff. However, my nails were done so thin they broke two days later. The owner of the salon was very passive aggressively combative and provided poor customer service. In all fairness, they did offer to fix the nail, but when I said I just wanted them to be removed so more don't break, they wanted to charge me more money and then post a very rude indirect direct message on facebook, then blocking me from communication. Very immature and unprofessional. There's plenty of options for nail salons in GB and I would suggest trying somewhere else.

Called to get an appointment for my son the following day. He told me 5:30pm was the earliest, so I booked it. Called the next day at 5:00pm to verify the address because my phone showed two different addresses depending on what link I checked and he said they're closed for the day.

Not gonna give low stars cause they probably are the best in green bay but im commenting to save the next person the akwardness, bottom line if your not their normal cliental that they deal with, you will be standing around while they chat with no other clients besides you waiting. So from my experience im gonna assume they dont normally deal with white guys which is nothing wrong but it be nice if you knew this before you went there. Im from Baltimore so i had no way of knowing
