This "mom-n-pop" garden company went above and beyond to remedy a delivery issue. I ordered a Succulent gift for my mom and it was handled roughly, as sometimes happens, by the carrier, and left in a mailbox, which gets pretty hot in Florida. A few of the Succulents were damaged beyond saving; although my mom tried. She wrote to the company and they responded, called both of us, and sent out replacement plants soon after. The owner was kind and willing to do whatever it took to make it right, even though the fault was not their own. I would definitely order from them again.
